It was established in 2020 as an extension of Health Spring, and has been flourishing ever since.

Statement
Our mission is to improve the quality of life for your mind, body, and spirit by providing enriching activities that stimulate creativity, social interaction, wellness education, and health/fitness.
We offer a variety of classes as well as excursion opportunities that encourage our participants to live a meaningful healthy life. All activities and classes are designed for the expressed purpose of equipping each member with the knowledge and ability to function at their best as they mature.
